With warmer than usual weather in Connecticut this year the boys are making good progress, They have torn down most of the original house, Did some foundation work, plumbing for the new geothermal heating & AC system & have completed most of the 1st floor framing. They are moving so quickly they are waiting on more building materials to arrive so they can begin on the 2nd floor. |
